when I wana start a mashine I got some --- Application error, writh this " the application falied to initialize properly (0xc0000135).Click on OK to terminate the program "

can you help me abouth this qwestion ???

Hearthranger needs .net framework 4.0, the cause of this error is that the Microsoft .Net framework is not installed or is damaged in some way.
